HEADBANDS
Court · 1 tennis nets are constructed using multi-polyester webbing that is sewn using four individual rows of polyester lock stitching.

Polyester has the appearance of cotton duck but is not affected by polution, acid rain, etc. Other advantages: will not rot, mildew, yellow or crack. Sun and rain keep it bright. Models TN-60 and TN-30 have a vinyl coated polyester headband which is double layered.

NETTING
Court · 1 offers a choice of three different types of netting materials all loomed in 1-3/4" square mesh.

Black braided polyester - black braided polyethylene - black twisted polyethylene. Models TN-120, TN-90 and TN-10D are manufactured with the top six meshes double twine, for prolonged wear.

STEEL CABLE
Court · 1 tennis nets are equipped with a 6mm dia. white vinyl coated galvanized steel cable - 3,300 lbs test, with each end loop mechanically spliced.

VINYL BOTTOM AND SIDE TAPES
Court · 1 manufatures tennis nets from abrasion resistant 19 oz. black vinyl sewn with two rows of polyester lock stitching, nickel plated brass spur grommets and net lacing cords.

All models except the TN-5 have side pockets to accept 10 mm dia. fiberglass dowels.
