Properties
CONIPOX 77 Z has a very low viscosity and therefore exhibits
a high capillary penetration. The material is easy to
apply and
exhibits excellent adhesion and
resistance to the high temper-
ature during the installation of
welded bitumen based mem-branes or asphalt. The yellowing which occurs
when exposed
to UV
light does not affect the mechanical properties of the
material.
Fully cured, CONIPOX 77 Z exhibits
excellent mechanical and
thermal properties. CONIPOX 77 Z is
resistant to water, sea
and waste water as well as a variety
of alkalis, diluted acids,
brine, mineral oils, lubricants and fuels.

CONIPOX 77 Z is a solvent-free,
low viscosity, unpigmented
2-component EP-primer.
Fields of application
CONIPOX 77 Z is used as a pore-
and capillary-sealing
primer
on mineral substrates such as concrete
and cement mortar
screeds. CONIPOX 77 Z is also suitable
as binder for scratch
primer OF concrete under asphalt,
according to TL/TP-BEL-EP
Ed. 87 as well for substrates
subjected to rising damp (sub-
strates in contact with subsoil)
CONIPOX 77 Z is also suitable
for
self-levelling mortan
or scratch primers with a filling ratio
of 1:0.5 up to 1:4.
